Organized Leadership training for mmembers of lower income congregations & communities. Provided Leadership training in english & spanish to leaders of 30 congregations to better understand how to engage new members of their communities. Held civic academies and other workshops to help leaders understand complex issues facing their communities and develop potential solutions to those issues.educated communities about the need for dramatically improving health care facilities available uninsured and under insured families through harris health, the local indigent health care provider.held civic academies to help leaders undestand how the legislative process in Texas works.
