Former Inmates for Change is a Nonprofit Org. That mentors young men and women, to assist in the reduction of violent crimes and reducing recidivism. Most of our speakers a former inmates (volunteers) and we partner with local schools, detention facilities, etc. To share experiences and stories related to guns, drugs, gangs, violence, prison, etc.. We provided mentoring and education to young adult men, women, and students throughout the school year. We educated them on the impact of guns, drugs, violence, and prison culture, all in an effort to reduce violent criminal activity.
