Forest Meadows Building Corporation

To acquire, lease and hold real and/or personal property for, and to lease or make the same available for use by, Grand Peak Academy, a Colorado nonprofit corporation and organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Code, and a public charter school located within the boundaries of and chartered by Falcon School District No. 49, El Paso County, Colorado (the "School"), and to otherwise provide facilities, equipment and other physical plant and related support to the School. To provide support to the Grand Peak Academy through the rental of facilities.
