The Focus Center for Autism fresh start school is a Connecticut state approved special education program for children with Autism, ages 10 through 21. The school offers a quality educational experience that addresses each student academic, social learning and clinical goals.
The Focus Center for Autism supportive housing program is a residential program for six Connecticut department of mental health and addiction services referred young adult males ages 18 to 25 with Autism and histories of trauma and mental health issues. The program offers 24/7 supported apartment living and is designed to be a part of the Focus continuum of care which provides training and supports to young adults/adults seeking to live as independently as possible.
The FOCUS Level II Therapeutic Group Home is a Connecticut State licensed residential program for five adolescent males ages 14 to 21 diagnosed with Autism and histories of trauma/abuse. This Department of Children and Families Program is an intensely clinical program that addresses the social, emotional and mental health needs of each child. The program incorporates life and social skills training, education and employment supports and helps prepare each resident for a more independent life beyond the program.
