Florida Automobile Dealers Charitable Foundation

The purpose of the Foundation shall be to carry on Charitable activities as defined for the purposes of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code and shall include but shall not be limited to: a)assisting dealerships and employees who are affected by a disaster (i.e. Hurricane, flooding, tornado, fire, etc.) B)contribution to Charitable organization that are assisting dealerships and employees (i.e. Habitat for humanity, red cross, etc.) C)provide financial assistance to other 501(c) organizations on behalf of Automobile Dealers throughout Florida. These contributions will be closely aligned with the mission statement of fada, Inc. There are no administrative charges of any kind.
