First in Michigan's mission is to establish sustainable First Robotics Competition teams at every high school in Michigan and foster early interest in First Robotics Competitions through First Lego League and First Tech Challenge in late elementary and middle schools. The organization provides innovative skill-building programs in science, engineering, mathematics, and technology through team-based activities and coordinates events throughout the state of Michigan for each of the programs.
