Youth Development Programs - We serve at-risk, afterschool and summer institute students in grades K-8. Our afterschool and summer institute students take regular lessons in violin, piano, art, dance and chorus. We use licensed teachers for afterschool and summer institute programs and male facilitators for the GAP program. Students perform at the annual Christmas program, spring program and summer program. We also provide hot Grab and Go lunches to seniors four days a week.Despite the lingering effects of the pandemic, we continued to provide a combination of free virtual and in-person Afterschool, Summer Institute & Tutoring Programs with an academic and fine arts emphasis to K-8th grade at-risk students from Title I schools or low-income homes; We also expanded our food services program to offer a Grab & Go Lunch Program for seniors in need of safe, healthy meal alternatives to public stores and restaurants.
