Program areas at First Americans Land Grant Consortium Incorporated
Held Annual Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on October 21-24, 2022. At our conference, approximately 300 people attended, representing 31 of the 35 1994 land-grant institutions (tribal colleges and universities). There were 53 students in attendance, of which 12 requested assistance and were supported with travel scholarships of about $1,000 each. A total of $12,000 in scholarships were awarded.
Conducted research and extension outreach services for Native Waters on Arid Lands project.
Provided travel scholarships for Native American youth to attend the National 4-H Conference in Washington, DC.
