Fare mentorship program the fare mentorship program exists to support black professionals with career growth and professional development opportunities. This mentorship program will serve as an industry best practice to elevate awareness in the Financial services industry. To create synergy and alignment with Financial services industry leaders, the fare mentorship program will utilize content from the american college of Financial services to reinforce mentorship circles of four student mentees who will be paired with a fare firm consultant, manager, director, avp, or vp level leader/mentor depending on career goals and interests.
