The Foundation provided leadership training, cultural experiences, wilderness adventures and academic and personal motivation, including introduction and tours of various colleges, for disadvantaged students at workman high school. The purpose is to reinforce academic achievement, personal growth and development, leadership and the value of fair play, group participation, good sportsmanship, respect for others and wilderness appreciation and preservation.
