Scholarships and educational loans - feea provides merit-based scholarships emphasizing community involvement to civilian Federal and postal employees and their families. College scholarships have been provided to children who lost a Federal Employee parent in terrorist attack on 9-11 and to children who lost a Federal Employee parent in terrorist attacks overseas.
Emergency financial Assistance - feea provides referral services and no-interest loans to Federal and postal employees unable to meet the basic needs of their families in catastrophic situations and personal emergencies. Feea also provides disaster relief grants to aid families in recovery after a federally declared natural disaster and global pandemics. Feea also provides free tutoring and health fairs.
Childcare administration - feea earns income from feea childcare services, inc., a related for-profit subsidiary, that partners with Federal agencies to provide childcare subsidies for lower income Federal employees.
