Farm To Table promotes sustainable agriculture and advances community wellness and livelihoods in economically disadvantaged communities through the development of accessible, equitable, and thriving food systems. It develops connections between farmers, schools, senior center cafeterias, and agencies by providing support to integrate New Mexico fruits and vegetables into school and senior nutrition programs. It also provides technical support and outreach to partner organizations.

Program areas at Farm To Table

(5) encouraged the establishment of the nm grown inter-agency task force To formalize programs across agencies and advocated for a statewide initiative that integrates food, hunger, and farming priorities in a statewide strategic plan.
