In 2023, we had a total of 5,700 interactions with clients. of those, 294 involved providing crisis intervention, safety planning, information and referrals to community partners to new clients. Therapy services were delivered to 206 clients, which totaled 470 therapeutic sessions. Clients attended group sessions a total of 66 times out of 27 group sessions offered. We provided 303 clients with assistance navigating the protective order process. These services encompassed filing petitions, filing contempt/extension/modification documents, providing advocate court accompaniment, and attorney representation. Our sos 24-hour crisis hotline administered crisis intervention services to 323 individuals through answering crisis phone calls and/or providing hospital accompaniment.
