Health care services - the organization provides the broadest range of Health services to consumers regardless of their ability to pay. To assure access and convenience, a community based one-stop shop is the model of care delivery that characterizes our approach. Primary care services include pediatrics, Family medicine, internal medicine, and diabetes education. Ob/gyn, dental services, podiatry, pharmacy and mental Health services are also provided on-site. An addictions service staff consisting of licensed clinical counselors, a medical provider, certified addictions counselors, and an outreach worker provides outpatient substance use disorder treatment. For non-english speaking patients, we also offer translation services and in-house bi-lingual staff. This program aims to make it possible for uninsured and low income working people to become drug free while still maintaining employment.
