Family Counseling Service of Northern New York

Family Counseling Service of Northern New York provides marriage and relationship, suicide prevention, domestic violence, sexual abuse and other mental health Counseling services to individials and families in the Northern New York area. Referrals and support from social Service agencies in jefferson, lewis and st lawrence counties contribute to the agency's ability to provide a wide range of behavioral health services to the region. The agency served approximately 500+ clients during 2022. Outcomes for these services are based on a reduction of crimes in the area and are not necessarily "finitely" measurable. However, studies indicate that prevention through Counseling is a significant factor in reducing crime rates.
