National conferences and conventions are conducted for students to provide character, leadership training activities. Also, association business is conducted, registration, lodging, travel, and meal fees are collected and disbursed by AZ FCCLA. Over 200 of AZ FCCLA students attended.
Student state officer training and workshops are conducted to provide officers the education to lead and conduct association business and organize conferences.
