Program areas at FACES SF

Child development program - Faces SF provides subsidized early childhood education at three sites across san francisco for infant/toddlers, preschool, and after-school enrichment for k-6th grade. Services are delivered in english, spanish, and chinese. Children are given age-appropriate learning opportunities that focus on creative expression, social and emotional development, and wellness and physical development. In addition, Faces SF also manages a family child care network of over 50 licensed home child care providers in san francisco, placing children from low-income families in culturally suitable arrangements.
Workforce development program - since 2004, our workforce program offers a community-based workforce program in san francisco through a combination of education, barrier removal, referral, job readiness and placement and supportive services. Our program is located in visitacion valley and we strives to bridge the gap between the job seeker and local companies looking for qualified candidates. We provide resume assistance, job search workshops, computer access, job leads, scheduled hiring events, and job fairs. Faces SF has language capacity in english, spanish, mandarin, and cantonese.
Family support services program - Faces SF family support program is a family-centered program with the objective of strengthening san francisco families and communities by delivering activities and services that promote wellness, development, and stability. Our holistic approach at Faces SF gives us the unique opportunity to positively impact the early lives of our students and support our families. Our services are offered at all of our child development locations, and the experienced staff ensure outstanding program quality and outcomes. Our team consists of mental health professionals, an outreach and advocacy coordinator, and child development specialist, designed to empower and support our youth and families.
