The Fairfax County Police Association provides assistance to its members and support to the local community by offering scholarships and donations, promoting goodwill through community involvement and education, and being a big part of the lives of the men and women of the Fairfax County Police department since 1942. Program areas at Fairfax County Police Association

Membership: since 1942, the Police Association has been a big part of the lives of the men and women of the Fairfax County Police department. Membership is open to all employees of the Fairfax County Police department, sworn and non-sworn, regardless of rank or position. Member beneftis include legal representation, training assistance, entry fee reimbursement for police/work related events, life insurance, and Association hall use.
Scholarships and donations: in the interest of public stewardship, the Association also demonstrates a substantial commitment to promoting goodwill through community involvement and education. This can be seen in our partnerships with individual citizens, public agencies, non-profit organizations, and businesses to improve the quality of life in Fairfax County. The Association contributes to local charities through the year. After a written competition, scholarships are awarded to members and/or their children who are seeking assistance with college related costs. Donations are made to officers/families.
Recreational events: the Association's culture is observed through our actions; in the way we gather to celebrate and support our bethren through events like golf tournaments, shrimp and crab feast, halloween, and children's christmas party.
