Program areas at Face It Together

Face It Together provides one-on-one addiction wellness coaching to those with addiction and their loved ones. Our mission is to share addiction wellness and healing through genuine connection, data, and community informed decisions. We measure our members' progress toward wellness through an innovative measurement tool and evaluation program. We navigate members to other services that help them get and stay well. We enlist employers and other key stakeholders to eliminate barriers that keep people from getting well and staying well. In 2023 we served 615 members and completed 5,904 sessions.
