Program areas at Expansion International
Education: Continued construction of the Ndumberi Childrens Education Center. 163 students were sponsored to attend high school and mentorship trainings. Launched a student youth empowerment program with a cohort of 20, built a facility to house it, and hired staff to teach, train, and mentor students to bolster skills to help students with post high school career path.
Economic: Hosted community leadership training. Provided resources to implement a pilot farm project.
Health and Mission Programs : Support for the operations of the Mercy medical clinic in Magumu, mobile clinic support for community of Badati. Maternity support at Subukia Clinic, helped establish a Kiatine dispensary. Provided water filtration system at an orphanage, and 6 water tanks to families. Sent mission trip funds ahead for EIA to make preparation.
