Excelsior Wellness Center provides Wraparound Wellness and Counseling Services- A comprehensive approach to intensive in-person and virtual outpatient counseling, support, and advocacy programs for young people birth-21 years old with complex behavioral needs.Excelsior Wellness has implemented the following: 1) Digital Intake and Closed-Loop Referral System: Over the past year, we have further honed this crucial aspect of our services, bringing about enhancements that benefit our clients and partners alike.(Continued on Schedule O)2) Strengthened Subsidiary Partnerships: We have deepened our partnerships with subsidiary organizations, fostering an environment of shared goals and values. Together, we are making a more significant impact on the communities we serve.3) Improved Client Satisfaction: Our clients' experiences matter deeply to us. Through feedback and continuous improvement, we have achieved higher client satisfaction rates. The referral process is now smoother, more transparent, and ultimately more client centered.4) Grant Management Excellence: Managing federal, state, and regional grants is pivotal to our ability to provide vital services. We've demonstrated excellence in this area, securing additional funding and maintaining the highest standards of accountability. Our commitment to compliance remains unwavering. We take pride in maintaining impeccable grant compliance, earning the trust and continued support of our valued grantors.5) Implementing Data-Driven Decision-Making: We have begun implementing data-driven decision-making, enabling us to allocate resources efficiently and target areas where the need is most significant.
Excelsior Family Medicine provides a trauma-informed clinic for all ages that provides primary care, medication management and outpatient mental health counseling. The model incorporates a dual emphasis on both physical and mental health in the development of care plans. Our team of board-certified physicians provide compassionate, best practice care that emphasizes wellness of the whole person in every visit.
Excelsior Integrated Care Center (ICC) is a regional behavioral health center providing recovery programs for youth and young adults who have a mental health diagnosis, a substance use diagnosis or both. The center offers intensive care options including a transition-to-young-adulthood program, day-treatment services and respite care for stabilizing and supporting children 11 to 21.
Excelsior Schools. Excelsior has nearly 40 years of experience providing education services through our fully accredited onsite elementary, middle, and high school. Excelsior Holistic Schools provides special and regular education services, GED, re-engagement and credit retrieval services, and school-based healthcare services to promote education equity for under-served students. Excelsior is the only private entity federally approved to provide special education to the public of Eastern Washington.
New Developed Nations Outpatient Therapy. New Developed Nations (NDN) is an innovative program that incorporates music as a form of therapy in a way that has never been utilized before. From lyric writing sessions, music production and poetry, NDN strives to empower individuals by providing a safe and comfortable zone for clients to tell their story in a fun and exciting manner chosen by each individual. All genres of music are available as well as journaling and creative writing. The results have been astonishing in the inpatient treatment facility model since 2010, dropping relapse rates to 20% (national average is 50%-80%) leading to a number of national awards and keynote presentations around the country. Workshops and consultations will be available.
