The Adult Developmental Center provides basic living skills training which assists clients in reaching their maximum level of independence and access to the community. Our curriculum includes self-advocacy, mobility training, money management, functional reading and writing, vocational and daily living training
The Community Integrated Services Program provides based person-centered services and individualized support to assist clients in living quality lives as productive and active members of their community.
The Thrift Store has 2 enclaves, serving 6 clients.
The Transportation program transported a total of 74 clients. The program received 21 referrals and there were 9 exits. All routes are scheduled to be less than 2 hours (longest is 1.5 hours).
The Residential Facility has the capacity to serve 14 adults. We had an average of 84% occupancy. Hours in community activities totaled 3528.
The Exploration and Enrichment Services Program provides person-centered services that offer activities and training in daily living skills, employment readiness, functional skills development, self-advocacy, personal growth and maintenance of positive behaviors, and community access and inclusion.
