We are able to serve approximately 150 clients per year. Under pgw's program, we are able to serve approximately 400 clients per year. Eca also serves all homeowners through the peco and pgw home rebate programs. Eca is the largest provider of residential Energy efficiency services in the Philadelphia region.

Crisis interface - eca is the largest grantee in Pennsylvania, providing heater repair and replacement to more than 800 low income owners and renters citywide.

Energy efficiency training: in march 2010, eca opened the knight training center to prepare men and women to enter the growing clean Energy work force. Eca offers industry-driven training that includes classroom theory, hands-on training, and field experience. Students receive portable, stackable credentials to help them build a career. Eca is also training residents of very low income neighborhoods for full-time jobs in environmental remediation.since 2010, eca has trained over 4,000 men and women, including over 500 trained to building performance institute (bpi) standards. The training center, located in the kensington neighborhood of northern Philadelphia, has been renovated to meet the leed gold standard.
