Employu has been assisting persons with disabilities with employment since 2012.in 2022 Employu accepted 3,417 new referrals from the state of Florida department of educations division of vocational rehab for permanent placement or transitional youth services.there were 744 adults with disabilities were placed in appropriate permanent job positions. The retention rate for these individuals averaged 85 over a 90 or 150 day period. Employu completed 1076 on-the-job trainings and 204 classes completed of 20-hours of job readiness training. The transitions program worked with 1276 youth in on-the-job training work experiences and classroom training. Performed 9100 hours of career camp services for the youth.

The vocational evaluation program completed 1712 vocational evaluations and psychological evaluations for persons with disabilities designed to determine a suitable vocational goal and an individual plan for employment-ipe that will lead to a new career. In addition, career counseling information and referral services-ccirs classes were conducted for 161 youth and adults with disabilities to explain vocational rehabilitation services.
