Elwyn New Jersey

Residential care - 197 clients served in community living arrangements, including group homes and supervised apartments. The group homes range from three person to six person homes and are located thoughout atlantic, gloucester and cumberland counties of New Jersey. Each client is served under an individualized service plan which includes personal goals and activities of daily living. Through an integrated, person centered method of service delivery, individuals are given every opportunity to achieve community integration and become integral members of their surrounding communities.
