Breast/cervical cancer treatment 38,703 support for qualified patients diagnosed with cancer who have no health insurance. Youth behavioral health 343,609 integrated mental health services for children ages 12+. Bjs employment enhancement scholarship fund 25,600 scholarships for El Rio employees pursuing advanced degrees/certifications. Children's health - asthma 45,000 donor funding provides services for 100+ kids annually suffering from severe asthma. Children's health - immunizations 27,904 donor contributions help ensure children are vaccinated in a timely manner. Over 15,000 kids are served annually. El Rio has won numerous state awards for it's effective, life-saving immunization programs. Children's health - roar 49,408 reach out read is an early childhood literacy program that supports language and literacy development in children ages 0-5. Donor support is used to purchase 20,000+ free, discounted new books for pediatric patients. Children's health screening copay 306 donor support covers testing/procedures conducted by specialists in our community to whom the child has been referred for follow up. Celia hightower nursing scholarship award 2,590 nursing scholarships gifted to an eligible El Rio employees. Colorectal cancer prevention - csp 70,791 colorectal cancer education and screening program. Donor support pays for colonoscopies and diagnosistics for qualified uninsured patients. Cancer treatment fund 60,901 funds support discounted cancer treatment procedures for qualified, uninsured patients. Children's emergency dental program 5,999 donor supported emergency dental services for qualified children. Adult dental partnership 32,529 donations fund oral health care for qualified people who are homeless, uninsured or underinsured. Discharge care management 2,830 nurse care coordination to support patients. Employee assistance fund 21,857 emergency support for extreme hardship up to 1,000 for approved El Rio employees to prevent eviction, cover unforeseen medical expenses. El Rio central (grant & dodge) 250,000 donor funds for capital building, equipment, outreach services as part of the planning, construction of this new site. El pueblo building funds 2,300 capital support for this clinic location. Embedded dental 100,000 El Rio's embedded hygienist program teaches kids and their parents good oral health habits. El Rio provides free fluoride varnish to help protect children's teeth along with education, free tooth brushes and floss. Over 10,000 children served annually. Children's vision screening program 36,140 donations support vision screening services for children. Lesbian, gay, bi-sexual & transgender health care services 11,564 medical care, support and outreach provided to the lgbt community. High school internship 8,000 support covers youth driven healthcare and outreach. Mammography screenings 9,403 free 3d mammograms provided by donor support to uninsured patients at no cost for 125-150 women annually. Parkman family Foundation fund 96,522 funds approved by committee for specific patient needs including dental and cancer care. Pharmacy - diabetes 15,000 clinical pharmacy patient services for those diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Rhap teen clinic 100,000 donations support youth leaders and reproductive health for young adults. Southeast clinic capital 142,000 donor support for this clinic. Sia - club medbox 143 donor support covers prescription co-pays for qualified patients diagnosed with hiv/aids. Ventanilla de salud - vds 51,228 the ventanilla de salud (vds) program is a partnership between the us- mexican border health commission, mexican consulate and El Rio health to provide health services to families living on both sides of the border. Wellness 10,000 donor contributions pay for free wellness programs to empower at-risk patients to learn how to stay healthy and develop new mind, body and spirit coping techniques. St. elizabeth's 15,675 support for patient services and expanded care. Vecinos 6,517 support expenses for volunteer group of young professionals. Total program distributions 1,588,802
