Eau Claire Community Complex

Eau Claire Community Complex was formed to acquire, construct, own, and operate a multi-purpose events and recreation facility, making portions of it available to the university of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and mayo clinic health system - northwest Wisconsin region, Inc.; each of which are recognized internal revenue code section 501(c)(3) entities, for their general tax-exempt purposes and programs including: working collaboratively with local partners to assess and address area health needs, and to advance the areas population's health through integrated clinical practice, education, and research; to acquire, construct, operate, maintain, manage, lease, hold, or otherwise deal with real estate and facilities for the use and enjoyment and for the benefit of the university of wisconsin-eau Claire foundation, Inc., the university of wisconsin-eau Claire, low to moderate income families, and to broadly promote healthy living through physical exercise, training, and family and Community support-oriented experiences; to service the Community by providing programming to promote healthy living, youth development, and social responsibility based on core values of caring, respect, responsibility, and honesty.
