Dupage Housing Solutions

Permanent supportive Housing provides affordable apartments and supportive services for individuals and families who have been homeless for one year or longer with a disability that impairs independent living skills. Case managers assist the residents in becoming productive members of the naperville community through supportive services including individual case management, advocacy, and assistance with obtaining health care, mental health and substance abuse treatment and the development of pro-social activities.
