Dress for Success Oregon

In 2022 Dress for Success Oregon supported women at every step of their workforce participation by providing job-ready clothing, pre-employment skills training and interview coaching workshops. We ran our post-employment job-retention support program and provided a second shopping experience once a woman was employed. We operated our clothing, job preparation and job retention programs virtually and in-person. We hosted two client resource events providing essential items such as personal care items. We supported clients with wrap around services such as transportation and help navigating community resources. We hosted industry specific programs such as our veterans program, an arena for women transitioning from the military to learn how to transition their skills to the civilian workforce
