The nonprofit corporation is organized exclusively to engage in charitable activities within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, including specifically, but not limited to:(i) organizing, promoting and conducting fundraising events, including specifically golf events, to benefit youth charitable organizations;(ii) construction of facilities and operation of programs for education, instruction, research, competition, preservation of history and other charitable purposes relating thereto and (iii) such other youth, collegiate and other sporting events and amateur and other sports competitions as determined in the discretion of the board of directors.
