Reentry brokerage: comprehensive client risk/needs assessments, individualized reentry brokerage plans, referrals to brokered community partner/provider network and ongoing monitoring going forward.
Trace database, & data reporting: evidence-based and community impact analytics/data collection, maintenance and evaluation/analysis for use by policy/law makers and stakeholders in determining evidence-based/good practices, funding, policies and legislation to improve public safety.
Education & community collaboration: reentry training and education (including continuing education credits for qualifying professionals) for community/state/federal partners/providers, agencies and organizations; criminal justice professionals (including licensed social workers, law enforcement and attorneys); and the public regarding criminal justice issues, especially those related to reentry and integration, tools, policies, and evidence-based practices.
