Program areas at Dining for Women

Dfw empowers Women living in extreme poverty by funding programs fostering good health, education and economic self-sufficiency and cultivates educational dinner circles inspiring individuals to make a difference through the power of collective giving. Through the following programs dfw educated over 9,000 Women. 2019 projects included: venture strategies for health and development: safe space clubs will transform the lives of vulnerable, isolated adolescent girls in rural niger, dramatically improving education outcomes and delaying marriage and childbearing. Maji safi group: this project aims to reduce the stigma associated with menstrual hygiene management (mhm), decrease school absence rates related to menstruation, increase access to sustainable menstrual cups, and develop the self-confidence of young Women in rural tanzania. Ten charities/her future coalition: by expanding and supporting three red light area resource centers in calcutta,this project will provide job training, employment, counseling, and informal education for Women who have experienced human trafficking and gender-based ...
