The dlc has and will continue to coordinate with the mechanical licensing collective to share the knowledge and experience of Digital music services and assist the mechanical licensing collective to efficiently and effectively fulfill its mandate.
The dlc has and will continue to engage in educational and outreach efforts for licensees and copyright owners by publicizing the existence of the mechanical licensing collective and educating Digital music services and copyright owners about the blanket license.
The dlc has and will continue to effectuate the goals of the music modernization act to provide licensing efficiency and transparency, and ensure that the new blanket licensing system is, and remains, fair and workable for the Digital music industry - both Digital music providers and copyright owners.
