Program areas at Delta Projects

Community residences - 24-hour residential supports for adults with intellectual disabilities and other developmental disabilities, including clinical supports, case management and vocational supports; allows a person with these disabilities the opportunity to live in a residential setting while receiving the intensive services necessary for successful long-term stability. Approximately 185 clients served during fiscal year 2022.
Community based day supports - provides partnerships with community employers, non-profits and local resources and community involvement opportunities through volunteering, pursuing hobbies/special interests and participating in social and enrichment activities. Approximately 84 clients served during fiscal year 2022.
Residential respite - short-term emergency supports for individuals with disabilities in a home-like environment. Services include stabilizing individuals by providing support and treatment and a safe environment; and to work aggressively in supporting the individual to return home or to a more appropriate residential setting. Approximately 14 clients served during fiscal year 2022.
Intensive flexible family support - assistance to parents and other primary caregivers in their efforts to provide care in the home and community for an individual with developmental disabilities. Approximately 22 clients served during fiscal year 2022.
In-home supports - individuals living in their own homes who required less than 24/7 supports. Individuals develop competence in houshold management, social and recreation planning, money management, transportation, physical behavioral health maintenance, community engagement, food and meal preparation and self-advocacy. Approximately 3 clients served during fiscal year 2022.
Group supported employment - provides opportunities for individuals to work in an integrated setting while continuing to receive the long-term supervision, training and on-the-job support they need to be successful. Group employment settings provide opportunities for participants to earn at least minimum wage, try new things, engage with other company employees, gain valuable work experience and expand their social network. Approximately 9 clients services during fiscal year 2022.
