Business development - participation in various events and promotions in an effort to attract businesses to locate in volusia county and expand the employment base. Also, to provide training, education and other resources to aid start-up and existing small businesses in volusia county.
Events and communications - managed existing programs while attracting new events/programs designed to stimulate the economy of the community. Accurately informed members and the community of Chamber goals, initiatives, and accomplishments.
Membership - action focused on increasing new membership enrollment and retention of current members by involvement in programs and services specific to their needs, adding value to membership benefits.
