Description
Cup hires and trains people with and without disabilities to work together in an inclusive workplace, addressing a critical void in employing people with disabilities in our community and beyond. Cup raises community awareness of the need - and benefits of - inclusive employment, demonstrating the potential of neurodivergent individuals in the workforce. Through work experience and training, Cup prepares and assists individuals with disabilities, including intellectual and developmental disabilities, to pursue jobs with other employers in the community if that is their preference.
