Hospice provides patients, their family and their primary physician specially trained health care professionals working together with you, your family, and your own primary physician. Our Hospice Team consists of medical directors, registered nurses, medical social workers, home health aides, dieticians, pharmacists, pastoral care services, volunteers, therapists, and bereavement coordinators. Hospice focuses on the patient and their family. Hospice promotes a source of continuous physical, emotional, and spiritual care to the dying patient and family. In addition, we provide encouragement to live their remaining life to the fullest with dignity and obtain the highest quality of life.
