Court Appointed Special Advocates of Orange County (CASA OC) provides a powerful voice and a meaningful connection for children who have experienced abuse, neglect, and abandonment in Orange County. In 2021/2022, CASA OC served 1,590 children under the jurisdiction of our Orange County Juvenile Court (primarily children in foster care); 908 of which benefited from the dedication of a one on one relationship with a volunteer mentor-advocate; while an additional 682 children received advocacy services through our Waitlist Coordinator and/or Family Connection Program.
