On two occasions, Equine Therapy Horses were delivered on-site to the local Veterans home veterans participated The veterans spent individual time with horses of their choosing, with professional therapists site to determine their plan of care The horses were transported five nursing homes consisting of 220 residents The residents were able to interact with the horses by grooming, petting, leading and spending quiet time with their horse Six horse shows were attended, exhibiting the breed in programs of over 8,000 people We educated all by Providing a summary about how the breed was discovered, Its calm, gentle demeanor, and the value of their "personality" in Equine Therapy applications We participated in four community events displaying a booth with the horses available to pet and interact with the public Our brochures and marketing materials were available, booking 4 private sessions with individuals during these
