Membership services - served as primary national forum for Accreditation and quality review through sponsorship of meetings and conferences involving the academic and Accreditation communities, policy makers, and the international community. Provided services to member organizations and recognized accrediting organizations through conducting research and policy analysis, maintenance of chea comprehensive database and engaging university presidents in the policy and process of Accreditation.
Recognition policy - affirms that the standards and processes of the accrediting organization are consistent with the academic quality, improvement and accountability expectations that chea has established.
Government relations - sustained and maintained a strategic and effective government relations program.
