Emerging market program (emp):cci conducts targeted technical assistance to promote the export of u.s. Cotton via presentations that feature the technical, economic, performance and marketing advantages of u.s. Cotton and to address import commercial issues fueling the world Cotton textile trade.

Foreign market development (fmd):cci uses foreign market development (fmd) program funding to create, expandand maintainlong-term export markets for u.s. Cotton. Fmd-funded projects generally address long-term opportunities to reduce foreign import constraints or expand export growth opportunities.

Agricultural trade promotion program (atp):cci uses agricultural trade promotion program (atp) funding for overseas marketing and promotional activities that help build commercial export markets for u.s. Cotton and Cotton products. Activities include consumer advertising, public relations, point-of-sale demonstrations, participation in trade fairs and exhibits, and others.
