Energy programs - The energy programs are funded with grants and contracts obtained through The Ohio department of Development, Ohio partners for affordable energy, and columbia gas. The programs serve to promote energy efficiency in The service areas covered by The Corporation of Ohio Appalachian Development member agencies. The project will fund The operation of community health workers across southeast Ohio targeting pregnant women with The aim of improving maternal health and infant mortality rates in The region.
