Corporation for Education Network Initiatives in California

Network and associate fees, operations, and research operation of advanced private Network for k-20 students, educators, libraries, researchers and other public serving institutions. The Network supports capabilities such as remote instrumentation, multicasting, teleconferencing, video streaming, large-scale distributed digital storage, etc. The fees are comprised of backbone Network services, circuits, equipment fees, ongoing maintenance, and multiple deliverable arrangements, which can include installation service, and ongoing Network service and maintenance.

Third party administrator (tpa) income is from the California department of technology for managing the development, acquisition, construction, maintenance, and operation of a statewide open-access middle-mile broadband Network.

Teleconnect - federal e-rate and state of California teleconnect (ctf) revenues are for circuit expenses incurred for the benefit of k-12 schools and libraries and ctf revenue for circuit expenses incurred for the benefit of the California community colleges. Such revenues are based on the applicable circuit expenses incurred.
