Cornerstone Community Housing (cch) provides supportive Housing for men experiencing homelessness. Earl's place, our transitional housingprogram, housed a total of 39 men. Of those, 16 moved to permanent Housing, fifteen remained in our program, three returned to substance use treatment and five were unsuccessful. Prospect place is a Housing first permanent supportive Housing program for men who were chronically homeless. Thirteen men were housed.
