Coordinators2 C2adopt provides adoption services and support to children in foster care, adoptees, birth foster and adoptive parents through their mission. Accepted 22 applications for infant home study assessments that resulted in 8 placements. Held 33 adoption trainings & 12 birth parent/adult adoptee sessions. Our waiting child program provided services to approx. 78 children and resulted in 32 new referrals and 26 finalized adoptions. Our post adoption grant program (regional post adoption consortium) served 46 families and provided over 1,000 hours of support services. Our fee based post adoption program served clients by providing over 90 couseling sessions to over 30 clients. Over 250 community members have been reached through trainings by C2adopt staff (adoption issues, attachment, and the impact of trauma)
