Weecare daycare and preschool served approximately 40 children ages 0-6 years. Weecare helps children reach age specific development stages. Children receive quality care from caregivers while parents are at work. Weecare prepares children for school by offering a preschool program. Every day at weecare is a learning experience for children. The children have daily education lessons (science, language, writing, reading, manners) along with a kidz gym program to promote healthy living.
Over the course of the year the rc cooper athletic center served approximately 250 citizens in fitness and wellness. Americorps members help in strengthening communities, supporting Community organizations, and inspiring Community involvement. The kidz count americorps program will provide services to four school districts, one daycare center, and three recreational programs. The americorps program discourages area children from involving themselves in self destructive, reckless behaviors by offering them alternative programs that are fun, entertaining, healthy, and educationally enhancing.
