Services to Senior - services to senior citizens aging in place that are residents of the Cooper Square Mutual Housing Association II The program provides services such as social work and benefits support, health and wellnes, classes, workshops, services to maintain apartments in safe, healthy and hygienic condition.
Housing Tenant Counseling - helps tenant resolve their housing problems, enabling individuals and families to obtain and preserve adequate safe housing.
Services to small businesses - services includes the following: survey and outreach tools developed for city-wide use, training of CBO staff and merchant leaders, focus groups/meetings held with merchants, established and/or strengthened merchant groups in each neighborhood, improved communications efforts by CBOs in each neighborhood as related to merchant organizing efforts
