For the 2021-2022 Fiscal Year, its programming includes Cultural Cross Ties, a collaborative documentary project with Sister Cities Chattanooga. Additionally, COPAC annually partners with one of Chattanooga's international sister cities to bring cultural exchange and performance to the community.
