Construction Laborers Education and Training Fund of Mnesota and N Dkota

To establish, operate and maintain a school, and Education and Training programs for and on behalf of participants, including skill improvement, safety and Training, for unskilled workers and trainees, employee or instructor Training in the Construction industry and related occupations,including, without limitation, courses of instruction, institutes, conferences and educational meetings, and to pay the expenditures for the operation and maintenance of such school or Training programs.
