Utility experts managed the pipeline of future opportunities through the emerging technologies collaborative. These members evaluated new technologies and approaches against honed criteria to identify opportunities for significant savings.the organization worked to represent the new public benefit possible from Efficiency programs in the context of the cee idsm framework which manifests in the residential sector as the cee integrated home and in the commercial and industrial sector as automated Energy management. The strategic Energy management initiative provides an additional application. The cee board authorized opening to all supporting cee members the opportunity to participate in an empirical data-based program performance project previously under development and testing.
